1:1 coaching offers an innovative experience for the client/coach relationship. Exercise and nutrition habits are skills we practice. Coaching online involves a systematic approach to coaching and it looks a little something like this:

We check in for measurements, assess current body composition and health, set a long term goal, set monthly goals that progress you towards your long term goal, check in weekly to see how things are going, reassessing data and goals each month. Sounds simple enough, right?
